Regression in diff background overflow
This is an 8.7 Regression. I assume this is to do with the diff changes? Dark background code highlighting doesn't cover the full container.
Reproduction steps:
- Set the code theme to Monokai or another dark-background theme.
- Open a page with a diff that is large enough to overflow past the container.
- Scroll to the right, note that the background is not retained.
