When pressing "Edit" link in issue sidebar, the whole page reloads while I'm picking a label/assignee

About half the time when I'm on an newly loaded issue page and click the "Edit" link for labels or assignee, it both shows the dropbox and triggers a reload of the page, which is indicated by the animating GitLab logo (the spinner in the button saying ">" is because of Octotree).

The effect is that the page reloads while I'm trying to find a label to assign, which will of course make the label assign fail.

I definitely replicate this with Octotree enabled.

@rymai I disabled Octotree, and am no longer seeing it. Great!
