Award Emoji: Highlighting should disappear after decrementing immediately

Reproduce:

Go to the issue page as user A
Add award emoji
Go to the same page as user B
Vote for already existing award emoji
Then decrement award again
Award doesn't become white again (I need to click somewhere on the page)

This is a bad UX
