[feature proposal] Add snippets tab in user profile
At https://gitlab.com/u/username we can see four tabs: "Activity", "Groups", "Contributed projects" and "Personal projects".
I think it would be nice to add a "Snippets" tab.
At this moment there is not an option to allow a user (authenticated or unauthenticated) to see the snippets of a specific user. The only way is if the user already know the url.
