Where is Vote bar ?

I can't see vote bar in merge request. :+1 and :-1 working but nothing happened, not vote bar.

Maybe because it's usually without the colons? +1 and -1 or with colons on both sides and

Ok now I see, bar was changed and now is only as hand.
