Close issue button is sometimes present on line comment form

Sometimes when you try to make a line comment on a diff, the Close issue button is present with should not be so. This occurs randomly so it can't be easily replicated.

I'm starting to wonder if things like this and the "disappearing diff note" bug are caused by a similar issue we saw before, with the "merge widget" showing for the wrong MR. Remember what that was, @jschatz1?

@rspeicher I do remember that. Let's see if we can find a solution to this and see if that solution brings up anything that can be related to the disappearing issue bug.

Can't reproduce this. And I dont see how the button would have 'close issue' as the above screenshots would be on a merge request so the button would have 'close merge request'

@iamphill I can't reproduce either so let's close for now and look out for it.
