Import GitLab.com projects page is confusing

I see spinner for import buttons although I did not start the import. Its quite confusing

How it should work:

• each row has import button without spinner
• when button clicked it becomes disabled and spinner appears
• when import starts -> project row appears on top with current import status instead of button
