"Browse Issues" button broken

Browse Issues button on pages like https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/milestones/10 is broken -- issues on the referenced page are not filtered by milestone.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/milestones/10
2. Click "Browse Issues" button at right side of the page, it leads to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues?milestone_id=12708
3. Compare with https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues?milestone_title=7.12

I think this has been fixed via b222f211 and should be in GitLab v7.12 to be released on June 22.
