Select target branch/target project dropdown

Overview

The select target branch dropdown on the create a merge request page only shows 30 characters and has a limited width, this makes it hard to distinguish between two branches with long names.

Expected

Show the whole branch name.

Actual

Branch name is truncated to 30 chars.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create two new branches with long names longer then 30 characters
2. Create a new merge request
3. Use the target branch dropdown to select the branch
