When an issue has no Due Date, "None" shouldn't be bold in the sidebar

I think the title + screenshot speak for themselves.

I believe this regression was introduced by a69ab104. /cc @iamphill

Btw, we might want to include it in the next 8.8 patch.

There is a lot of inconsistencies with the bold in the sidebar. I fixed it here !4398 (merged) but looking at the designs - they shouldn't be bold so i'll change that around so that they aren't bold instead.
