Sort Todos by priority

Since we will have priority labels we should be able to sort Todos by priority. We already have sort so I think it would be a mainly backend issue.

This would be really helpful to me because I have a lot of todos and would like to do the most important ones first. cc @JobV @markpundsack @DouweM @stanhu
