No horizontal scroll when using side-by-side diff

Maybe we should consider using a third party code viewing library like https://github.com/codemirror/CodeMirror

This issue may be improved with the new fluid layout. If you are able, try a development copy from master. Also, I'm not sure how the original implementation of side-by-side diffs were but now they line wrap, which negates the need for horizontal scrolling in most cases. Let us know if this solves your concern.
