Merge Request Assignee list does not sort as expected in the webInterface

• Create merge request
• Start typing a name in 'Assignee'
• After typing a few letters 'Unassigned' still shows at the top, making you unable to just hit enter to finish your 'search'

While this is still true in the current version of gitlab, i think it has been improved a bit.
Unassigned still shows as the first element, but you can simply press cursor down and then enter to assign someone.
