Improve responsive look of buttons in dashboard

You can also suggest further improvements, besides adding some margin. See what works best, we recently changed this so it can use some iteration!

I think we should just remove icons from buttons here.

Because:

• icons are irrelevant here
• without icons it should be enough space to render 2 buttons inline

@dzaporozhets I actually really like the icons. I think the + is universal for adding something new and it's helpful when learning to use the site.

@darby yes but it has duplication of plus icon and text New in button. Also New Issue has different icon which breaks consistency.

@dzaporozhets I will remove the icons then. This should allow for them to stay inline
