Reorganize Notifications in the right sidebar (Issue/MR page)

The text can be made shorter because the button already says Subscribe / Unsubscribe, so it could read You'll receive notifications from this thread / You're not receiving notifications from this thread. Additionally, the button would look better if it were the last element in the section.

Lastly, the whole section could work better both visually and functionally if it were the last element.
