Add dismiss button to flash messages
Description
Currently, flash messages are dismissed by clicking them anywhere. From a left click action I expect a constructive action (such as opening a help page) and not a destructive action.
Proposal
Add a button to dismiss flash messages.

This exists already at least at one place:
I would however increase the opacity.
