Hierarchic Groups

In many companies it is quite common to have teams forming departments, and departments forming sites, and sites forming enterprises. To better express this organizational structure (and to reflect inherent access rights, e. g. a team member is a department member, and a department member is a site member, and a site member is an enterprise member) it would be great if GitLab would support hierarchic groups (i. e. Groups formed of Groups).
