Emails from 'Emails on push' display with excessive line-spacing in Outlook

We just upgrade to 8.9.4, and diff emails from the 'emails on push' service now have an egregious amount of whitespace between the lines when viewed in Outlook.

Compare this to pre-upgrade:

The new whitespacing makes it particularly difficult to read the diff efficiently.

I forwarded the email to my gmail account, and the email displays just fine. It also displays just fine in the browser.

You can reproduce this issue by pushing to any repository with the "Emails on push" service enabled.
