Move labels up in search results

Summary

In search results (issues or merge requests), labels are at the bottom—after the description. This makes it difficult to find out what label belongs to which title on large screens.

Steps to reproduce

Search for issue or merge request.

Expected behavior

Labels are closer to the title of the corresponding issue / merge request than to an unrelated title.
