No edit file button on mobile

I noticed there is no "edit" button when viewing files on mobile, although if I type in the edit URL manually the editor works fine. Could the edit button be added to the mobile view?

To me it looks like all file actions are missing on small screens:

We will wait for UX to take a look at this. Could be as easy as forcing the file actions to wrap as a whole line but would like to be sure.
