Getting started - Better Explore Groups view

Description

The Explore Groups view shows all the public groups. It's obvious for people who know GitLab, but it might need more explanation for people who are not familiar with GitLab.

Specification

  • The notification at the top can be hidden by the user. Once hide, it won't be shown again. This setting is saved per user.
