Diff note notification emails should include the diff hunk for context

When I receive a notification email for a new comment on a diff, it would be helpful to see the same context lines in the email that we show in the web UI, for added context.

When someone replies "Will do." to a note, we have no idea what they're talking about without viewing the merge request.
