Document trigger section in .gitlab-ci.yml docs

The documentation at http://docs.gitlab.com/ce/ci/yaml/README.html doesn't mention a trigger element that can be used inside .gitlab-ci.yml according to /group/project/triggers screen:

This should be documented in the .gitlab-ci.yml documentation.
