Change wording for new account creation.

When users create a new account what they get now is:

Your account is blocked. Retry when an admin has unblocked it.

Could we have a check that looks to see if this is the first time a user has tried access the service (meaning they just signed-up.) and get something like this instead:

Thank you for registering, please wait for account approval.

Title changed from Change working for new account creation. to Change wording for new account creation.

Go to app/controllers/application_controller.rb : You will find it inside this block :

      sign_out current_user
