submodules inconsistenly linked on GitLab Files view

See https://gitlab.com/tortoisegit/tortoisegit/tree/master/ext, there are 9 submodules listed.

editorconfig is linked to GitHub (that's nice!) and pcre is linked to my GitLab repository.

BUT: apr and tgit are also a GitLab repositories, but are not correctly linked. libgit2, apr-util and zlib are also GitHub repositories, but are also not correctly linked.
