Dead link

I'm not sure if this is the right tracker, but if you go to https://gitlab.com/help

Theres a link at the bottom search for "Repository restrictions Define size restrictions for your repositories to limit the space they occupy in your storage device. Includes LFS objects."

It leads to https://gitlab.com/help/administration/repository_restrictions.md which doesn't exist.

I think this actually belongs to https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/.

@winniehell I have created https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/6173 as a proof of concept, using htmlproofer, but when I tested locally it took soooo much time checking for the links.
