Wiki is fully aligned to the left

Its a bug because its impossible to use it, it is ux wise just a killer and something has to be done so that it can be used properly. My suggestion would be to add simple offset parameter to wiki settings, or just left/right padding in %, or in px so that we can just change it in settings as we like it would be golden and no further action would be needed. I believe the concerns here will be addressed by #18546 (closed). And in terms of long line lengths, I'll make sure the Wiki page is considered as part of #13680 (moved).
