@skyruler where is this fixed? On dev this is still not correct:

@JobV what browser and version? I can't reproduce it

@skyruler Chrome 46.0.2490.86 (64-bit) on El Capitan. 100% zoom.

@JobV search box has this size not only on group members page, what do you mean under too small? it's normal size for GitLab. Label does not fit in the field in other places as well.

@creamzy @JobV this is something that we can't help, cause safari 11601.2.7.2 works perfect, in chrome and old safari looks like it's cutting the label, but I checked CSS and it looks fine to me e.g. search box width: 100%;

Should I reopen it with a fronted label?

@creamzy @skyruler Thanks, I'll reopen with frontend label.

@creamzy the size is fine, but it looks silly to have the placeholder cut off. Maybe we should just change the text.
