Show user who created a project as owner instead of master

Summary

When a project is being created, the creating user is added to the project as owner, but the UI says "master".

Steps to reproduce

Create a project and go to Members.

Expected behavior

In Members, the initial user (who created the project) should be shown as Owner.

Actual behavior

The user is shown as master in the UI, but has the rights of an Owner (deleting / tranferring project etc.).

@dansou901 @GT-Anakin Are you referring to creating a new project within your own namespace? Or creating a project within a group?

@markglenfletcher Both. This happens when creating a project with my own namespace as well as with a group namespace.

@markglenfletcher For me it happens only to those in my namespace. Such that are added to a group don't even show any members on that project. It shows me the group and says it's empty. But there are two members in that group
