File history page sometimes shows "Browse code" link, instead of "Browse file" link
Is it correct behavior?
And one more 'bug' with "Browse file" link:
Sometimes "Browse file" link goes to wrong file:
(didn't find example in gitlab.com, so it is our local gitlab-ce server)
