Inconsistent button sizes for "revert" and "cherry-pick" on merged status block.

This meta-block renders buttons differently depending on whether you have write access to the repository or not:

Doesn't Have Access

The former opens a modal to perform the action, the latter forks the repository so that you can perform one of the actions in your own repo.

These buttons should share the same design.
