Provide RSS feed for tags (feaure request)

It would we great if there would be a RSS feed available for the tags of a project. Then people could easily subscribe to that feed to be automatically notified about updates - for example, about updates of gitlab itself :D (as there doesn't seem to be any automatic notification for point-releases).

Things that are wrong but are not a regression compared to older versions of GitLab are considered feature requests and not issues.
