Use darker background for code blocks

With the new UI changes you can no longer clearly distiguish if something is in a code block.

Looks ok with Monokai. I think this is limited to the "White" theme.

@skyruler What's the best way to fix this? Maybe a subtle border around code blocks?

Here's a comparison of White, Dark, Solarized Light and Monokai next to each other. White isn't very distinguished.

Fixed by !1389 (merged)

It will be in 8.1.

UI changes like this cant be included in patch release since work UI will continue from release to release fixing such small issue.

I move this issue to 8.1 and close it because it was resolved by MR above
