When visit CI tab on dashboard -> app name on top left should be GitLab instead of GItLab CI

I also feel the tab should be renamed from Continuous Integration to Gitlab CI.

The layer also conveys the same message and is cooler because most developers already know what CI stands for. This request probably belongs at feedback.gitlab.com though

Should the link also be changed to point to the GitLab dashboard? I was surprised when I clicked it and was not taken back to my 'preferred' dashboard page.
