Both 'Your projects' and 'Explore projects' are underlined

Step by step:

• Go to https://gitlab.com/explore
• Click on sort dropdown
• Choose something about time (not most starred)
• Both 'Your projects' and 'Explore projects' are underlined (see screenshot)

Looked into this. It's happening because the current_controller? helper only checks the name of the controller (e.g., projects) and not the namespaced path, so both explore/projects and dashboard/projects are matching here.

It's not really hard to fix, but we need to change and check a bunch of our menu stuff, so I'd recommend pushing this to 8.1 or an 8.0.x patch release so I'm not rushing to get this into 8.0.

8.0.x patch is fine, we should keep shipping patches until 8.0 is free of known bugs
