Commit charts are too large

Summary: The commit charts are rendered way too large and spill out of the right side of the viewport.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Upgrade from the latest 7.x on Debian stable to the latest 8.x using apt-get upgrade

2. Open the commit chart view in any project

Expected behavior: The charts look like charts. Clearly readable and understandable.

EDIT: I'm on Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan GM) using Chrome 45.0.2454.93
