Wrong access level badge on MR comments

'Guest' is the level of my Project membership; but in the Group I am 'Master'. So 'Guest' should be 'Master' I think.

Yeap, group membership should supercede project. Thanks for opening this, I think this was the case for some time now.

Ideally if you are a group member, the group's projects should also appear on /profile/notifications.

Also the new feature about the participation level is not shown if you are just a member of the org and not of a project.

@axil not sure if those two things belong in the same issue. Maybe it is the same problem, maybe not?
