Environment can not be deleted

Summary

I created a environment to test but am unable to delete the environment.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the Project > Pipelines > Environments > New environment. Name: localhost Url: https://localhost

This was my test input.

Go the the of Environments. Go to the Project > Pipelines > Environments

Expected behavior

Now I expected to see a delete button in the list. Or a delete button when clicking edit on the environment.

Actual behavior

Non of the above.

changed title from Environment can not deleted to Environment can not be deleted

By the way this is what I got when working on gitlab.com. I believe that is the Community Edition right?
