Group and Project dropdown filters do not work on Search page

Summary

• On the Search page, the Group and Project dropdown filters do not filter the dropdown items

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Search page
2. Select either the Group or Project dropdown items
3. Try to filter to a single dropdown item with the filter input
4. Notice there are always No matching results

Expected behavior

• Should filter to show matching results

Actual behavior

• No results are returned
