Filter todos by manual add

Today on https://gitlab.com/dashboard/todos, I can filter my todos by Any action, Assigned, or Mentioned. I currently can't filter to issues I've manually added a todo to.

For some workflows, it is very helpful to quickly view the todos that I've manually added, as those are ones I intended to return to.

• Added
• Pipelines

@awhildy @jacopo-beschi another option here should be, todo's for failed pipelines

@dimitrieh I guess I don't get those Todos If the dropdown option just said 'Pipelines' would that make sense?

@dimitrieh Yes I think we should add that option, and by doing that we cover almost all cases
Any tips on the label? Failed pipelines ?

@awhildy @jacopo-beschi i think Pipelines is the better option.. as in the future we may notify a user of more than just a failed pipeline, but also perhaps failed, but allowed to fail etc etc :) or perhaps it will be user configurable, who knows
