Diff unfolding links erroneously present on "No newline" lines

In parallel (side-by-side) diff views, the ellipsis "unfolding" link is accidentally rendered alongside \ No newline at end of file lines. This bug doesn't occur on inline diff views.

Clicking on the link simply causes the line to disappear (obviously there are no more lines)...
