Consider changing the wording of "Expected behavior" and "Actual behavior" in the Bug issue template
It's very often that I see people confusing the "Expected behavior" and "Actual behavior" in their bug report (for instance here: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/27710). To non-native speakers this is probably a common pitfall.
I suggest using simpler and more explicit wording, starting with the "current behavior", e.g.: "What is the current buggy behavior?" and "What should be the correct behavior?"
Any better proposition is welcome, as I'm not a native speaker myself! :) /cc @rspeicher @SeanPackham
