Please support more languages

Please support Simplified Chinese

Because many Chinese companies are using GitLab

However, because once it was translate to Simplified Chinese by someone, so they are all using the older version

And also China cannot download or update GitLab in omnibus-gitlab#782 (closed)

Now I found a Chinese version in https://gitlab.com/larryli/gitlab

But it seems not support omnibus package, I think you can make a Chinese version based on it.
