Buttons in project dashboard are confusing
The grouping of these buttons is confusing. In addition they don't show that the left button is a very slow button that prompts a download (the icon does) and that the right is a dropdown!
I think the + button should at least be separate and preferably show that it's a dropdown.

@JobV well we have also another button there, when you see it it's getting even more weird. I would test it out and hear what the users say, we are doing this not for my mom for sure I think they can get it, and I'm thinking about a bit different solution

This is not valid reasoning. The UI should show intention and be clear to use. Following the same reasoning, why make a UI at all?
This is something we can improve, but not something that has to happen right now. I look forward to hearing what you come up with.
@JobV is it clear for you? for me it's pretty obvious and not confusing. I dont want to separate these buttons cause my idea is counters are together (one is starred another one is fork) and our download and add actions should be together too, because if you think actions to get {something} and add {something} are pretty similar.
