Steps to reproduce

Reproduced on GitLab.com.

1. Go to an MR which has some diff discussions
2. Hit the 'Toggle discussion' button

What is the current bug behavior?

You are taken to the top of the page.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Stay where you are and show/hide the discussion.
