UX for filtering is unclear / inconsistent
Problem
Not sure whether this counts as a bug or a feature request, but the issue filtering UX does not seem to work for me.
For example, see this screenshot where I followed the instruction from the pop-up and wrote
author <@briann>
then I hit enter, and nothing happens. On the other hand, if I start typing Author, and then click in the pop-up to find Brian, it works. Why didn't it work when I typed it myself?
Also, how can I filter on multiple labels? Can it be as an OR filter or is it restricted to an AND filter?
Apologies if this is duplicate, I did search for "filtering" in open issues beforehand.
Design
Let's change the content of the dropdown to match the actual format used in search.
The value part of the token should use our lighter text color. When a row is selected, all text becomes white at 100% opacity.
