Rename or omit gl_project_id from import_export.yml

While searching for gl_project_id in the proejct, I noticed: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/lib/gitlab/import_export/import_export.yml#L87

Should this be renamed or removed?

We need that there for compatibility reasons. If we remove it, we'll have to bump the I/E version up. See https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/app/models/commit_status.rb#L136-139

We should probably remove it once we have no choice but to bump the I/E version up. So I am going to leave this issue open.

It's a bit like migrations and a pain if we update this frequently, so we should avoid updating the version unless it's really necessary.

Good point, let's remove it once we bumped I/E version. It's gonna be incompatible when that happens anyway.
