Milestone page should not show `%id` e.g `%35`

On the milestone page, next to the milestone status, there should be no reference (IID).

For example, in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/milestones/21 it's Milestone %21. Instead, it should simply be Milestone:
