Wiki activity does not update Project.last_activity_at

It seems that wiki edits do not update the Project.last_activity_at timestamp. This caused us to lose recent changes in at least 1 wiki repository on gitlab.com during our recent move to Azure. (The lost changes were still on the old server so the damage is reparable.)

I think it would be good if wiki changes update last_activity_at.
