Readable issues

Currently with the long text (a big complaint) our issues and MR's are hard to read because of the long descriptions. I did a quick mockup of how I think it should go down.

The optimal line length for your body text is considered to be 50-60 characters per line, including spaces (“Typographie”, E. Ruder). Other sources suggest that up to 75 characters is acceptable. So what’s the downsides of violating this range?

Too wide – if a line of text is too long the reader’s eyes will have a hard time focusing on the text. This is because the line length makes it difficult to gauge where the line starts and ends. Furthermore it can be difficult to continue onto the correct line in large blocks of text.

Too narrow – if a line is too short the eye will have to travel back too often, breaking the reader’s rhythm. Too short lines also tend to stress readers, making them begin on the next line before finishing the current one (hence skipping potentially important words).

@hazelyang in what way did we decide again on the current line length?

I thought we choose the middle ground... but perhaps limiting our text width so our titlebar still fits isn't the way to go.. perhaps we can look for an even improved version of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/20916

We chose a middle ground that is above the optimal line length because our type is so small that limiting the width of the container to 75 for our size of type drastically limits usable space on the screen.

I also think removing the lines between comments makes it more difficult to read since everything is lumped together.

I believe this can be closed since there has been effort towards improving line length and markdown.
